Beyond Dissapointed ... I’am a first time Nissan Owner .. I live in San Diego, friends recommended this dealership so I came here. I own a 2016 Nissan Juke this was THE car for me .. I bought the car brand new and now I’m having complications with the Starter Button, it would lock on me and would not fully turn on. I brought this problem to the dealer made my appointment, drove from San Diego only so they can say “they cannot do anything” I was very calm and explained my issues with the car. The gentleman that was helping me out did not seem to put an effort or even try to move a finger towards my concerns ... it was simply “we cannot do anything the warranty is up and we would have to charge you $130 to run the diagnostics” ... this was ridiculous ... In a month it would be 3 years I had this car and I’m having this problem ? I was so frustrated that this gentleman could not TRY hard enough ... for being a First Time Nissan Owner .. I am beyond dissaponted. Now I’m in fear of driving anywhere and being stranded.————————-UPDATE—————————-Orange Coast Nissan reached out .. listened to my experiences and made the extra effort to make things right. I was more than surprised that they were able to fix the problem with my Juke. ThankYou Ryan and the service staff .. I could not be more happier that this problem was resolved.
